A genre of Ancient Greek and Roman literature that deals with the unusual, Paradoxography manuscripts document the occurrence of the strange, the abnormal, the inexplicable phenomena found in our world… both natural and unnatural. Remnants of these documents, mostly dating back between the 3rd century BC and 5th century CE, reveal some of the most marvelous and magnificent wonders on the planet.
