ABOUT US
philosophy and vision
Our purpose is rooted in our passion for monsters and our background in theatre and performance. We aim to create our own content and produce material that we love and make these projects and products easily available to fans. Combining all things creepy and geeky will always be our heart’s desire.
It all started as a one-act cannibal play called Dreams and Stains but soon developed into a world of cryptids and all things creepy and geeky. The company produces radio plays, podcasts, blog posts, and travel guides. But we plan on making much more content in the future!

Tessa LaFleur is a collector of nice sticks, but she does a bit of writing, schooling, acting, and noodling around on the internet on the side. She grew up in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where she originally fell in love with sticks after she realized how much hurricanes can change up the fallen-stick ecosystem. She is a long-time lover of storytelling, from fantasy to folklore, and in her free time, she likes to write songs about her favorite legends and her favorite friends, who are also legendary.
Aaron is a teacher, director, and actor from Arlington, TX. In addition to his current pursuit of a PhD in theatre, Aaron has worked as both a writer and director on The Somnilyte Sessions. He's been a life-long fan of horror movies, and has a particular soft-spot for 80s slashers.

a message from the founder
This isn’t gonna be some formal message. I just want to use this space to talk briefly about fans and community. We really want this website, and its outer reachings, to be a fun and positive space for every fan. This is a celebration of all things weird, both fact and fiction. We love horror movies, paranormal tv, superheroes, and real-life stories from those who have been directly affected by supernatural/paranormal activity.
This doesn’t mean that we are gonna like every single thing about every single thing we talk and write about on this platform. But we’ll do our best to approach everything with respect and gratitude.
Fans can be the best. But they can also be the absolute worst. Fan experiences have caused me to not enjoy some of my favorite shows and content. Toxic online communities have become too common and too easy to come by and feed into.
We don’t want to be like that. Let’s just love the things we love and encourage those around us, online and in real life. There is a whole weird, wide world outside, so let’s live in it and explore.
